Description
The information industries, especially the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, are the backbone of digital transformation. This indicator measures intermediate consumption of information industry products as a share of total intermediate consumption (see notes). It provides an indication of the linkages between production in information industries and production in the rest of the economy.
