Description

People need the right mix of skills to use digital technologies effectively in life and at work. This indicator measures adults scoring at the highest levels in problem solving in technology-rich environments (levels 2 and 3) as a share of all adults (16-65 year olds). It provides a measure of adults’ ability to use digital technologies, communication tools and networks to acquire and evaluate information, communicate with others, and perform practical tasks.
