Description

Digital environments bring enormous benefits and opportunities for developing healthy, productive, and fulfilling lives, but they also create new risks for individual well-being. This indicator measures the share of students aged 15-16 years old who "agree" or "strongly agree" that they feel badly if no Internet connection is available. It provides one indication of the complex ways in which information and communication technologies (ICTs) affect emotional well-being.
